Mô tả trường học

Trường được thành lập vào năm 1978 và thuộc thế hệ thứ hai, do gia đình quản lý, tập trung vào việc cung cấp các khóa học tiếng Anh chất lượng cho người lớn và thiếu niên trong một môi trường thân thiện. Địa điểm trường học

Trường St Brelade's College, nằm trên hòn đảo Jersey tuyệt đẹp, giữa miền nam nước Anh và Pháp. hòn đảo nhỏ này tự hào có cảnh quan đẹp, trong đó có dặm bãi biển cát vàng, bờ biển đá và nông thôn tươi tốt, cũng như một lịch sử phong phú, với bãi chôn lấp đồ đá Neolithic và pháo đài Napoleon.

Trường học quanh năm của chúng tôi nằm ở phía trên ngôi làng cảng St Aubin đẹp như tranh vẽ, nơi học viên cũng có thể tìm thấy nơi ở dành cho người lớn, quán cà phê, nhà hàng & quán bar, cửa hàng và các tiện nghi thiết yếu. Thị trấn chính của St Helier chỉ cách mười phút lái xe quanh vịnh.

"I enjoyed this experience"

My experience was positive. I was in a small group of five people. We did what we wanted to do, which was to talk a lot. Our teachers combined vocabulary and grammar with conversation.
I also liked the social program
The school's is nice. Peterborough is a good guest house.

"Very good experience at Jersey"

Classes and teacher were good because this year there was more work in groups, so it was less boring than last year.

The location was very good, but this year the teacher was stricter when we were late. My host mother, on the other hand, was reassuring.

Concerning the activities, there were a lot of choices and I was satisfied but I would prefer that there were more seats on the bus going to the site for the activities.

"It was very edifying and fun."

I stayed in very nice hotel. The environment of the school was fine. The teachers were friendly and committed. I particularly liked the lessons with Kirsti. She recognized my problems in listening in English and trained me very well. I wasn't able to take part in the activities because I was there with my dog. The quality of the CDs was sometimes poor. I liked the fact that the number of students in the group was low. Other than that, everything was good and I am considering returning next year.

Students can experience British life by staying with a local family for the duration of their course. They will generally share a room with a student of a different nationality, allowing them to practise their English, meet new people and find out about new cultures.

Three meals are included each day, along with transport to and from school each day and airport and harbour transfers.

Board: Full board, comprising breakfast, a packed lunch and an evening meal together

Rooms: Students usually share with students of a different nationality (max. 4 per household); juniors under 13 years must share with a friend or family member

Daily transport: School bus service or free public bus travel for teenagers in summer. In most cases students should expect to spend around 30 minutes on the bus, although in some cases the scheduled journey time may be up to 1 hour.

Những sinh viên đã đặt khóa học ngoại ngữ thành công và đã thanh toán các khoản phí của mình sẽ nhận được CAS từ trường . Xin hãy lưu lý là luật pháp Anh quy định rằng CAS chỉ được cấp cho sinh viên có dự định học tiếng Anh với thời gian từ 11 tháng trở lên.

Nếu bạn học tại Vương Quốc Anh từ 11 tháng trở xuống, bạn phải đăng ký xin visa thăm viếng đặc biệt được gọi là Visa sinh viên tạm thời (Student Visitor Visa). Là sinh viên tạm thời, bạn sẽ không được phép làm việc bán thời gian trong quá trình học của mình. Nếu bạn dự định du học tại Anh trong thời gian từ 11 tháng trở xuống, thì thư tiếp nhận sẽ dược gửi tới địa chỉ nhà bạn theo đường gửi thư thông thường miễn phí.

Trường St Brelade's College, nằm trên hòn đảo Jersey tuyệt đẹp, giữa miền nam nước Anh và Pháp. hòn đảo nhỏ này tự hào có cảnh quan đẹp, trong đó có dặm bãi biển cát vàng, bờ biển đá và nông thôn tươi tốt, cũng như một lịch sử phong phú, với bãi chôn lấp đồ đá Neolithic và pháo đài Napoleon.

Trường học quanh năm của chúng tôi nằm ở phía trên ngôi làng cảng St Aubin đẹp như tranh vẽ, nơi học viên cũng có thể tìm thấy nơi ở dành cho người lớn, quán cà phê, nhà hàng & quán bar, cửa hàng và các tiện nghi thiết yếu. Thị trấn chính của St Helier chỉ cách mười phút lái xe quanh vịnh.

Jersey có thể đến bằng phà từ St Malo, Pháp hoặc có thể bay trực tiếp từ một số điểm đến ở châu Âu, như Düsseldorf, Zurich, Vienna. Ngoài ra, sinh viên có thể bay qua hầu hết các sân bay thành phố Vương quốc Anh.

Our intensive course runs 5 mornings from 09h00 -12h30 (break 10h30-11h00) and Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday afternoons from 13h30 – 15h40 (with a 10 minute break) and Friday afternoons from 13h00- 14h30. The adults have an activity on Monday and Friday afternoons. Some information about the course content:
Our adult morning lessons (Standard Course) are structured lessons that follow a level-specific course book combined with a range of interactive supplementary materials, with the aim of improving grammar as well as the key skills of speaking, listening, reading, writing and pronunciation. Teachers negotiate weekly class content with students each week to determine what skill areas they wish to focus on, and use the feedback from this to help plan the week’s study. The Intensive course follows the same morning program but students will take part in afternoon conversation classes based around topical discussion. Focus is on improving fluency, as well as pronunciation, increasing vocabulary & error correction.
